Winnipeg singer-songwriter Don Baxter is thrilled to bring No Fixed Address, a storytelling and folk music lovers’ delight, to the 2026 On The Edge Fringe. With more than a dozen songs and the stories behind them, Don charts his adventures after he ran away from a settled, suburban life and lived homeless for more than a decade. The escape, the streets of Vancouver and Kelowna, the orchards of the Okanagan, the people and places and motorcycles along the way, all chronicled in little nuggets of rhythm and rhyme, and accompanied by guitar and color commentary. Sure to entertain lovers of storytelling and folk music and maybe even leave you with a different impression of homelessness.
