2025 ON THE EDGE Fringe Festival Lottery Results
Hello, everyone and Happy New Year! We hope you all had a great holiday season and are looking forward to 2025 as much as we are.
To kick off the new year, we held our 2025 Fringe Lottery live on Facebook and Instagram on January 3rd at 8 pm. This year we decided to change things up a bit by dividing our lottery into 3 categories: BIPOC, Local, and Non-Local. We drew a total of 10 names from our trusty hat, two for the first category, four for the second, and four for the third, and we are very excited to share this year’s lottery results with you here.
The 10 artists and companies that were drawn were:
- Load Bearing Productions – North Bay, ON
- Blue-Tinted Fortress – Toronto, ON
- Keegan MacNeil-Kettle – North Bay, ON
- Unruly Muse Theatre – North Bay, ON
- Stephanie Kast – North Bay, ON
- The Charity Creek City Council – North Bay, ON
- John Sobol’s SoundBytes – Burritts Rapids, ON
- Tethersend Productions – Toronto, ON
- Trip the Light Theatre Collective – Ottawa, ON
- Hard Times – Montréal, QC
We also drew the remaining names to form this year’s Local and Non-Local waitlists. The full lottery results can be found in the PDF below (click the button to download the PDF).
Our final festival line-up is subject to change, so keep checking back for more information. If any of the festival slots become available, we will work our way down the waitlists until the slot is filled.
