The Fringe World Congress brings together directors and organisers of Fringes from across the globe to share ideas, experiences and inspirations. The Congress fosters international collaboration and strengthens the World Fringe community. The Fringe World Congress is open to anyone running or working for a Fringe or who is in the advanced stages of setting up a Fringe festival. The 2016 Fringe World Congress will take place in Montreal, hosted by the Festival St-Ambroise Fringe de Montreal, in November of 2016. The ON THE EDGE fringe festival will be forming a delegate committee to attend the World Congress and then report back as a formal presentation sharing the shared experiences and knowledge gained.
